COMPLEX BUILDING DESIGN AND WORKING DRAWINGS is a year-long subject that gives students a single, multi-use project to take from site analysis, concept development, design development and Town Planning, through to a set of construction and Working Drawings. The building is on a corner site in Hawthorn and the brief includes two commercial office tenancies, a café and a grocers shop on the ground floor, and residential apartments on the first floor.
