Project description: The project site is located in the hills of Noosa, Queensland, just a short distance from Hastings Street and the Noosa National Park. In addition to the main resort, the site features luxury, private residences, designed by separate design teams. The resort runs across the topography of the hill across 9 apartment buildings and a central conference facility including swimming pool, function rooms and restaurants. Each building contains 3 levels of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, totalling over 150. Buildings are linked by lightweight timber walkways and tropical landscaping.
