Students examine standard form contracts and investigate the contractual responsibilities and obligations of the parties to a contract. They learn about the contractual position with respect to time, cost, quality and scope in both residential and commercial contracts.

Students undertake three assessments:

• 01 | Construction contract report (week 1-3, 20%) – A 1,000 word report on
• 02 | Group contract administration manual and poster presentation (week 4-7, 40%)
• 03 | Contractual resolution report (week 8-12, 40%)
