Project description:  Somerville Shopping Centre is a lifestyle convenience centre on the Mornington Peninsular in Victoria, approximately 60km south of Melbourne. The project was developed by Citimark. The complex includes over 15,000 sq.m of single storey retail pre-leased to national retailer’s Coles and Target, and included a medical centre, child care centre, specialty stores and 764 car parks. The finishes, details and general built forms, using timber pergola’s, stone columns and highly integrated landscape design produce a concept which reflects peninsular lifestyle.

Completed in November 2008, the centre was pre-sold to the ASX listed Centro Properties Group for approximately $90m.
