Responsibilities: Liz was Project Architect for the design of this double tower. The project required options investigations to include yield studies and feasibilities, before determining a final configuration and developing the concept. Liz was responsible for co-ordinating the design and documentation with the wider design team to complete the Schematic Design equivalent to a Planning Application standard. At this stage, the client took the project to independently deliver under a local D&C Contract in Taiwan.
Project Description: The project site was centrally located in Taipei, Taiwan. A number of options were considered, but the final building project included over 60 luxury residential apartments in two towers, luxury ground level amenities including spa, gym, and external landscaping.
