Responsibilities: Liz was Project Manager from the start of Design Development and Town Planning through to delivery, practical completion and the building opening. Services included extensive internal and external user and stakeholder consultation and management, overseeing design, tender and contract administration.
Project description: The Bull Street project included refurbishment and extension of an existing building to consolidate 4 Department of Justice premises into one precinct. Building works included external works, a Court Room, 2 x police holding cells, office, meeting rooms and ancillary facilities for 72 Justice Service Centre staff.
The project was staged to maintain an operational courthouse and manage contamination, heritage and archaeological issues.
